 Vrabel Adds Value Coach Vrabel is one of the best coaches in the league. His situational game management is excellent. Consider the first and goal play just before half. Downing it to burn time is actually brilliant. They say that wasn't the plan. I don't believe them. The culture (grit, determination, positive) is excellent. The roster management is awesome. Love me some Vrabel. Explosive Rookies Henderson and Williams arrived this week. I am interested to see whether Williams gets more usage. He has few targets, few catches, but this isn't even in the ballpark of a bust conversation as with Polk, Harry, etc. In the first place, Williams was a third-round pick. Second, waiting behind a group of high performers is not the same as waiting behind a group of non-performers. Williams looks, so far, like a good pick with a good future.
